Gamnesia poker

Gamnesia
There's agame played among sorne smug inteUectuals where you add, subtract, or change one letter of an existing word with an eye toward creating a whole new word with a whole new meaning. Examples inc1ude glibido, aU talk and no action, and osteopornosis, a degenerate disease. This game is, of course, a divertissement for people with far too much time on their hands, plus the inflated sense of self-importance that cornes from knowing what words like divertissement mean.
Being a pers on with far too much time on his hands, 1 now offer these additions, subtractions, and alterations of the poker lexicon (or flexicon, as it were; a more liberal dictionary):
~
1
Gamnesia. A bettor's tendency, strangely, to forget how mu ch money he lost.
Cashino. The place you go to lose yours.
Omahad. What you feel you've been when the river counterfeits your low in Omaha/S.
Soumament. The state of mind you faU into when you bust out on the bubble.
On the babble. The mindless, pointless stories you teU about busting out on the bubble.
Fucktuation. It's easy to get mad when luck goes against you, but please keep profanity to a minimum.
